Nancy Calkins designed TaiRoGa with the belief that everyone can benefit from practicing the basics of aerobics, yoga, and tai chi. All three exercises can be enjoyed for a lifetime of fitness. Nancy is an RYT-200 yoga instructor certified through Yoga Alliance and Triad Yoga Institute. She is certified in YMCA group exercise, Silver Sneakers, and practices tai chi with Sifu Eric Reiss of Silk Tiger School and social dance with instructor Tim Saunders.
