Each class begins with a moderate tai chi warm up, an energizing aerobics routine, and a relaxing yoga cool-down. (We like to say, do TaiRoGa is a workout and a nap!)
TaiRoGa classes are tailored to the needs of the participants, and can be as challenging as you want while remaining accessible for everyone. Nancy is a skilled instructor and is able to step the class up or down as needed, providing modifications for those who need it.
But the best part about TaiRoGa is the happy feeling you get moving your body while listening to fun, upbeat music! The playlist is always changing and features classic and current hits from "Uptown Funk" to "Build Me Up Buttercup." TaiRoGa brightens your day and pumps up your mood!
